These terms cover use of the NueSafe websites, merchant portal, hosted checkout, and API. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
The service
NueSafe provides software and infrastructure so businesses can accept and send payments over Bitcoin Lightning and other supported networks. We process payments according to the instructions and destinations you give us.
Your responsibilities
You must keep API keys secret, use the service only for lawful payments, and make sure you are allowed to collect any customer data you send us. You are responsible for the businesses and customers you onboard.
Availability
Networks, wallets, and third-party rails can delay or fail a payment. We work to keep the gateway available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
